Forum Post: FPGA to C6678 EVM SRIO DMA Example

Hello,

Is there a good example project to transfer data between an Altera Cyclone V FPGA dev kit and the TMS320C6678 dev kit? I want to use 4 lane SRIO for data transfer from the FPGA (master) to the DSP (slave). 

Altera has a paper describing how to do this using the Texas Instruments TMS320TCI6488 and an Altera Stratix board, see the document AN568 "RapidIO Interoperability with TI 6488 DSP Reference Design". 

Is there a more up-to-date example for this? There is code attached for running that project, but I don't know how portable it is for the C6678. The example project is zipped and attached.
