Hi Corbin,

You cannot connect the 3.3V FPGA IO directly to the C6678. The LVCMOS IO buffers in the C6678 are not 3.3V tolerant and will be damaged if driven by a 3.3V output buffer. A bidirectional voltage level translator, such as the TXS0108E, should be placed between the C6678 and the FPGA on the data bus lines.
