I don't have any examples of an ADC connected directly to a uPP interface. After looking at the interface for the ADS8471 I'm not sure it's the best candidate. You should be looking for an ADC that has synchronous parallel output that would be more compatible with the streaming capabilities of the uPP. The paper at the link below describes a method of connecting the ADS5560 with a uPP interface. Although some glue logic is needed, this part has a parallel interface much better suited to a connection with the uPP then the ADS8471.
