I see, the Encoder LINK should be created for the maximum input resolution, that is, if the potential input resolution includes 720P60 and 1080P30, it should be created for 1080P30.

But the initial resolution will be 720P60, I don't know how to update Encoder LINK resolution to 1080P30 at run time, I cannot find the relative command of Encoder LINK.
