The LM26480 power supply module is not very appropriate for your needs - powering DM3730 multimedia processor driving LCD, WiFi, USB and UART modules. If you choose to use the LM26480 power supply module it will be work at the limit of its possibilities which is not recommended. You could refer to the AM/DM37x Power Estimation Spreadsheet at the link below to estimate the power consumption of the processor and add the power consumption of all peripheries.

Therefore I recommend you to choose one of the TPS659xx power management integrated circuits from the link:

The TPS659xx can supply enough power of the DM3730 and has an other advantage - the TPS659xx power management integrated circuits support smart reflex.
