Sy,

Good to see your post, although this thread is from 2 -1/2 years ago so my memory will be lacking.

As I mentioned, this was work done at a customer's site and the resulting code was his property. So I do not have a copy of it. The basic flow was TI's work, so that is what I described here. There is no sample code that I have written.

If you plug your numbers into the steps I mentioned and referenced, you should have the same successes that we did on this. It will be more accurate to try to run it, see if it runs well, or look at the results if it does not run well, instead of us trying to double-check you.

We never touched the Linux side, unless there was a special sequence to go through before getting control of the DSP. I did not document anything of that, and it may be system dependent instead of device or TI dependent. Sorry I do not have anything useful for you on this, either. But I am pretty sure that we were able to at least do some emulation on the DSP - I do not remember having to do everything through build/load/run/printf. Once the DSP is released from reset and has clocks running, it will be mostly independent from the ARM processor. At that point, you should be able to load and run the code with full emulation support.

Regards,
RandyP
