THR --> determines the how well one wants to control filtering on edges
STR --> determines the blending factor
SPR --> scale factor to THR (Keep to 1 unless one needs higher thresholds)
00 -- 07 of above registers are for the above values for different values of pixel intensities for example if one wants to have higher noise filtering in low tones then he needs to configure the THR0 and SPR0 to high values. the pixel intensity values are equally divided between 0 - 1024 and one needs to use shift value if the range of input pixel is high.
