please i have a question ....
the tcp3e project example when start it call the info bits from the testvector folder then start the encoding and output the coded bits and compare them with the coded bits in the testvector and determine if the process is successful or not .... so when i changed the info bits in the testvector file and start the process it said that the process is successful so what is the explanation of this ...
and if i want to input the info bits by myself not call from file how can i do that ??
