Forum Post: Appro DM368 IPNC 3.0 all apps. is Sleeping and CPU rate is zero

Dear all,

      I am using Appro DM368 IPNC 3.0 (also maybe 3.5), sometimes I can not get the RTSP video, and can not access the IPNC web page using IE.

      When I telnet into the IPNC, I executed ps and top, and I found all the process is sleeping and their CPU rate is zero, these processes include av_server, system_server, boa, onvif.

      Could you give me some idea on resolving this problem?

       BTW: I am suspecting it is possible that the system() calls in av_server or system_server caused this problem, but I not very sure on this.
