Forum Post: How to obtain CCS_CRASH_DUMP_VPSS-M3.txt

Hi, all!

We are using DVRRDK_04.00.00.03 and TI8168.

As a test, I added
*(char*)-1 = 0;
just after
case SYSTEM_CMD_NEW_DATA:
in funtion NsfLink_tskRun at dvr_rdk/mcfw/src_bios6/links_m3vpss/nsf/nsfLink_tsk.c.

Then I compiled with CONFIG=debug, run and got crash.
But I cannot obtain CCS_CRASH_DUMP_VPSS-M3.txt

Is there any prerequisite? How can I obtain CCS_CRASH_DUMP_VPSS-M3.txt?
