1. What is the name of the TI Software package you use? . Mention it's version too.
2. Where does the source file "universal_copy.c" comes from?.In which pacakge it is enclosed? The source code you provided here is your own or from TI?
3. Brief us what you are trying to do in your project and what is the expected and actual result?
Your description,i.e., " Adding obj to memTab" doesnot give us complete information on what your problem is.
