I've attached an executable and the gel file I'm using. Also the .c and .cfg (if you try to rebuild the project, you will also need platform_osal.c). It's a simple project that blinks the four EVM LEDs 10 times, do you have them on your customized board?
I tested it on the EVM and it's working. I use this TFTP server (http://sourceforge.net/projects/tftputil/), but it runs only on Windows.
