I solved the I2C mess which is probably the reason why the omx stuff works and the gst stuff only sometimes, depending on the status of the IO expanders. Also, in both SDKs (TI & RR) the loop initializing the VIPs is broken. Buts that's all fixed now, my TVP sends in 8-bit data VYUY and I can also display them on screen (HDMI out for conveniance). If I use the data from the TVP7002/VIP0 1080p60 component in, everything is fine, but for the TVP5147 I lack the right config for the buffers passed to the VPSS. It looks like I have luma&chroma bits messed up. Can the VPSS accept interleaved data or must de VIPparser solve that?
Where is the VPSS buffer config done?
