Hi Hoon Lee,

You enabled two EDMA interrupt, Intermediate - ITCINTEN = 1,  Complete interrupt (early completion) - TCINTEN = 1, TCCMODE = 1 , do you set the EDMA data in between the interrupt's? can you remove set ITCINTEN = 0 and see if you get correct data,
