can the ethernet pins io interface to 1.8V PHY if I set the DVDD_GPMC voltage to 1.8V? 

when I read the data sheet on the second page, it said,

Dual Port Ethernet (10/100/1000 Mb/s) With Optional Switch

 - IEE 802.3 Compliant (3.3V I/O Only)
