Hello,
We havea customer develping an application on the TMS320C6748. They are unable to execute code out of L1 memory space without getting random exceptions as soon as they try and execute the first instruction, They are working around this by executing their code in L2 memory space and DDR memory space.
They always get exceptions with a dump of the registers the moment they first try to execute code in L1 cache, but the nature of the exceptions vary from invalid opcode to invalid address exceptions. Not sure if the code is getting corrupted as it is getting loaded into memory from flash or if something else is going.
Please recommend a method to identify the problem and correct it.
Thanks for your help.
Regars,
John Wiemeyer
