Here is the DDR3 configuraiton table values we use in text format: (Please visit the site to view this file) . I can confirm that it correctly loads the DDR3 configuration registers in all cases (I verified the registers and also the configuration table location in L2 during booting).
Thanks for including the DDR3 configuration table structure, I actually already had that from when we started trying this on the EVM (see thread: http://e2e.ti.com/support/dsp/c6000_multi-core_dsps/f/639/p/223644/809091.aspx#809091 ).
