The CFGCHIP2 setting is in the PHY files, usbphyGS60.c and usbphyGS70.c. I don't think the USB clock speed is configurable. On the LCDK, I think it is an external 24Mhz clock.
I believe that none of USB pins are not pinmux'ed. USB pins are rarely mux'ed due to strict impedance requirements. Sorry, that's all I got.
